OTF Builders oak framed porches are supplied in an easy to assemble kit made from European green oak beams. We have a number of standard designs that can be built to your dimensions or OTF will build you a bespoke porch to fit your requirements.
Our oak frames come with pegs that pull the joints tight when passed through the offset holes in the traditionally jointed frame. Made to measure porches can normally be delivered or collected from our Shropshire base within 4 weeks of receiving your order.
All of the porches below are examples and can be altered to suit your design i.e. Porches shown sitting on a dwarf wall can be built with long legs. we can also supply you with oak roof batons and starter batons if required.

The Kent Porch – £1280.00 – £1780.00
The below OTF Builders oak Porch variant is built using 8cm x 8cm ( 3 x 3 inch ) green oak the frame is made in a traditional way with mortise and tenon pegged joints the pitch of the roof can be made to match any existing roof. The width between gallows brackets is 107cm and 123cm externally with a total width of 150cm protruding 58 cm from the wall.

The Warwickshire Porch – £1365 – £1690
The Warwickshire built with a king post truss from green oak, the frame made in a traditional way with mortise and tenon pegged joints the pitch of the roof can be made to match any existing roof.
The Essex Porch – £1490 – £1990
The Essex built with green oak beams the frame is made in a traditional way with mortise and tenon pegged joints the pitch of the roof can be made to match any existing roof.
The Surrey Porch – £2400 – £3030
The Surrey is built to your dimensions from solid traditionally jointed green oak beam plus oak roof battens can be supplied if required at a small additional cost.

The Hampshire is similar to the Surrey with the addition of an arched main beam built to your dimensions from solid traditionally jointed green oak beam plus oak roof battens can be supplied if required at a small additional cost.
